Monday mornings are full of soreness in legs, swelling on face and unbearable back pain. Wednesdays, being my favourite days where I’m full of myself, able to feel my body being alive and Fridays are like my inner devil part roaring at me again, “It’s time for you to hike that mountain Again”.
